The first 30 eligible new solar sign-ups during the campaign receive a redeemable S$500 Christmas gift voucher, on us. One voucher per address; adding a battery does not add a second one. Your consultant will confirm availability when you sign up. What if fewer neighbours join than I expect? Your group saving follows the final number of qualifying homes on 31 December 2026: 2 homes S$750, 3–4 homes S$1,000, 5 or more homes S$2,000 per home. If nobody joins, you still receive your base system discounts, voucher and battery offer. Will a battery work with solar from another installer? Sunollo offers a free compatibility check before a retrofit quote. Inverter compatibility, installation requirements and the impact on your existing installer’s warranty need to be assessed. Which homes and systems qualify? Your base system discount (up to S$1,500) depends on your system size and is shown in your proposal. Battery-only purchases receive the battery discount, but not solar base promotions or group savings. What is the installation timeline? Your Sunollo consultant will confirm your installation date after you sign up, subject to available slots starting from Jan’27. Sunollo Christmas 2026: “Share the Abundance” Terms & Conditions 1. **Campaign.** These offers apply to new residential solar and battery contracts signed between 1 November 2026 and 31 December 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). Contracts signed before 1 November 2026 do not qualify. 2. **“Sign” and “sign-up”.** A customer has signed when Sunollo has received both the signed contract and the deposit. Sunollo’s records are final. 3. **Combining offers.** The base system discount, battery discount and group savings can be combined where each applies. The Christmas Gift Voucher is a gift, not a discount. The offers cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount or referral reward unless Sunollo states otherwise in writing. 4. **Christmas Gift Voucher.** - One S$500 Christmas Gift Voucher per address, for the first 30 new solar sign-ups, counted in the order Sunollo receives the signed contract and deposit. Battery-only purchases do not qualify. - The voucher is denominated in Singapore dollars and is redeemable at grocery retailers in Singapore, subject to the retailer’s terms, exclusions and operational restrictions as published from time to time. - It is not redeemable for cash, store credit or other vouchers. It is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 5. **Group savings.** - Savings per qualifying home are: 2 homes S$750, 3 to 4 homes S$1,000, 5 or more homes S$2,000. - A “home” is one unique residential address with a qualifying upfront new solar purchase. - Every member must sign by 31 December 2026. Members need not sign at the same time. - Groups are linked by Sunollo; Sunollo’s records determine each group’s membership. Group members must be named to Sunollo by 31 December 2026. - The final tier is set on 31 December 2026 by the number of homes that have signed, and applies to earlier signers as well. - If a member cancels or does not complete, the tier is recalculated. 6. **Settlement.** Final discounts and group savings are consolidated after 31 December 2026. They are applied by 31 January 2027 as a deduction from the final invoice or a bank transfer. 7. **Cancellation.** If a contract is cancelled, terminated or not completed, or payment is not made when due, all offers, discounts and vouchers linked to that contract are forfeited. Any amount already given must be returned. 8. **Final terms.** Your signed contract prevails over this page, any email or any message. Sunollo may amend, suspend or withdraw the campaign at any time, but will honour offers for contracts already signed. 9. **Savings claims.** Amounts shown are promotional discounts and gifts, not guaranteed electricity savings. “Up to” amounts depend on system size, battery size, group size and voucher availability. The S$6,000 figure includes the S$500 Christmas Gift Voucher. 10. **Abuse.** Sunollo may refuse or reverse offers for false, duplicate or fraudulent sign-ups or groups. 11. **Illustrations.** Visuals are illustrative.
